Use the recovery codes you saved when setting up 2FA to sign in, then re-enroll a new authenticator. If you do not have recovery codes, submit a support request with a selfie holding your ID and a brief description of the issue. Recovery involves additional identity checks and typically takes 2-5 business days.

Herald protects user funds and data with cold storage for the majority of assets, multi-signature wallets, hardware security modules, 24/7 monitoring, encryption in transit and at rest, mandatory 2FA for sensitive actions, withdrawal allowlists, and regular third-party security audits.
